The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.AudienceThis course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
Audience
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
ACLS is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. It also covers airway management and related pharmacology. In this course, skills are taught in large, group sessions and small, group learning and testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented. ACLS teaches the importance of preventing cardiac arrest, high-performance teams, continuous high-quality CPR, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest care, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
AudienceACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.
This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes.
AudienceThe PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.
A Fire Officer I is a first-line supervisory officer who has met all the job performance and certification requirements of Fire Officer I as defined in NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications and has previously met all the job performance and certification requirements of Fire Fighter II as defined in NFPA 1001, Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications, and Fire Instructor I as defined in NFPA 1041, Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications.
Must hold a minimum of:

ICS 400 Advanced Incident Command System
This course is approved by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
Teaches a class from a prepared lesson plan.
The curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and ability to deliver instruction effectively from a prepared lesson plan. This program covers all necessary curriculum requirements of NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, and TCFP.
*Pre Requisite
Have a minimum three (3) years of experience
This course is approved by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
Prepares lesson plans and is able to also teach these classes. (And is now required by TCFP to be a lead Instructor)
The curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and ability to develop individual lesson plans for a specific topic including learning objectives. This program covers all necessary curriculum requirements of NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, and TCFP.

This course is approved by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
Identifies Objectives to create a training course around and is able to administer the overall instructor program. After a Level 3 Instructor identifies objectives, the Level 2 Instructor develops lesson plans to teach that subject, and the Level 1 Instructor is capable of teaching from that prepared lesson plan.
The curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and ability to develop comprehensive training curriculum and programs for use by single or multiple organizations. This program covers all necessary curriculum requirements of NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, and TCFP.

Redline Fire and Medical, PLLC is a private company owned by a local Experienced Firefighter and Paramedic that offers renewal and initial certification on First Aid, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association courses. Instructors are certified through American Heart Association, Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) and are currently working as Firefighters, Fire Officers, Paramedics, EMT's. Redline Fire and Medical, PLLC also offers EMS Continuing Education Courses and TCFP Approved Fire Officer I-IV and Fire Instructor I-III Courses. Our mission here at Redline is to offer the best possible training at an affordable price.
